3 ingredient oat muffins
This simple 3 ingredient oat muffin recipe is such a super fun and easy on-the-go breakfast idea for road trips, car rides, and more!
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas smashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp honey
- toppings of your choice blueberries, chocolate chips, etc
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini muffin pan (for six).
- In a large bowl, mix together the smashed banana, oats and honey.
- Add in the toppings of your choice, and stir to combine.
- Spoon the mixture into your muffin pan, filling them up close to the top.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes!
