During this quarantine, I discovered the existence of baked oatmeal. For those of you who may not know what baked oatmeal is, it’s literally the name itself. Oatmeal that is baked. Regular oatmeal tends to be more liquidy (?) and creamy, while baked oatmeal has a firmer texture and is quite chewy.
Although a simple oatmeal might be the perfect breakfast for you, baked oatmeal hits different. Yes, it might take a little more time to make than oatmeal, but the taste and texture is just too good to even describe.
This matcha baked oatmeal recipe I will be sharing with you today is the perfect breakfast for when you want to start your day with some GOOD FOOD. Not only will it make you excited to get up in the morning, but it will definitely fill you up. It’s easy to make and takes no effort.
Enjoy.
