This simple 3 ingredient oat muffin recipe is such a super fun and easy on-the-go breakfast idea for road trips, car rides, and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas smashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • toppings of your choice blueberries, chocolate chips, etc

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini muffin pan (for six).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the smashed banana, oats and honey.
  • Add in the toppings of your choice, and stir to combine.
  • Spoon the mixture into your muffin pan, filling them up close to the top.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes!

Chocolate chips, blueberries, chopped nuts, peanut butter, raisins, coconut, chia seeds, cinnamon, dried cranberries, strawberries, sea salt, and more.
